When creating or editing your WizardShots, you can control who has access to your content. You'll find four accessibility settings to choose from: Only Me, Team, URL Only, and Public.
Only MeΒ
If you set the option to "Only Me," it means that your Wizardshots are for your eyes only. Nobody else will be able to see them except you.
Team
By selecting "Team," your Wizardshots become visible to your entire team. They're exclusively shared within your team, and no one outside of your team can view them.
URL OnlyΒ
"URL Only" Wizardshots are viewable only via a shared URL, meaning that only those with the link can see them.
Public
"Public" Wizardshots are accessible by everyone, meaning anyone can view them.
How to Adjust WizardShot Accessibility?
Here's how you can modify the accessibility of your WizardShots:
- Open your WizardShotΒ
- Look for the accessibility option below the title, right next to the email, and the info on how long ago your WizardShot was created.Β
- Choose one of the available options and adjust the accessibility setting.
